Owner and Property Supervisor
Owner and property supervisor Rockell Jackson, oversees all operations and all staff. Rockell is also, a Notary Public for the state of MD. A Maryland native, raised on the Eastern Shore and currently in Baltimore, MD.
She started her real estate journey in 2020 learning about wholesaling, flips, and rentals. She has been managing 116 + units since 2020. In 2021, she started selling homes to investors and offering them tenant placement. In 2022, the company expanded to offering full service property management, which allows investors to adjust their contracts to only pay for services needed and to be involved as little or as much as they like.
Rockell takes pride in finding vacant and distressed homes and selling them to investors. Cleaning up the city and bring value back to neighborhoods one unit at a time.
